The Executive Office suite offers you the comfort and personalized services available in a corporate environment, while sparing you the inconvenience of its administration. Under this plan, we offer a range of value-adding services that cater for your administrative and secretarial needs. Our Executive Office offering comes under two (2) plans with their unique benefits highlighted as below.

*Reserved Office: We offer flexible lease terms with options up to a year. Also available are individual offices or for groups of up to four (4) people in a single office suite. 

  • Fully furnished private office
  • Mail receipt
  • Receptionist services during business hours
  • Dedicated telephone number
  • Access to Board and Training room at 25% rate (excluding weekends, after business hours and public holidays)
  • Access to facility after business hours (use of alternative power supply is chargeable)

*Hot Office: This offers the Executive Office Suite on pay-as-you-go basis. You can pay on day of use for just Executive Office Suite and any other optional peripheral business services used.
